FLAKY PASTRY
Flaky Pastry of Gaziantep region is made up of pistachio, cream, butter and pastry (thin dough). We use local and natural products to make Flaky Pastry and it is prepared and packed under hygenic conditions.
Preparation:Open the pakage of Flaky Pastry freezed with Quick Freezing without Baking, place it on a pan and cook it until both sides are golden brown or place it on a baking tray and bake it in preheated (200ºc – 220ºc) oven until it gets totally brown for 8-10 minutes. Season with pistachio while serving. Or you can add some ice-cream if you wish.
